Can I send something to a friend?
Of course! Just enter their address instead of yours at checkout, please note we cannot split orders to post to different addresses after you have ordered, please place separate orders
Can I preorder?
Due to the amazing support from you all we are currently too busy to accept any preorders
Why does the website say out of stock?
We post on social media when the website is going live, e.g. "Website live at 6pm Tuesday evening" all the stock is uploaded then, and stays online until we completely sell out, which is usually quite fast.
How much is postage?
£4.50 TRACKED FIRST CLASS - we are currently sending all parcels via this method due to the current unreliability of the post. Please note we aren't passing on the full cost of this postal method, we are subsidising as much as possible.
How long will it take?
In current circumstances delivery may take a little longer as Royal Mail is extra busy. Please note the annoucement at the top of the website which will tell you when your order will be posted - it should arrive with you a day or two after this date.
What happens if I haven't recieved my order?
If you haven't recieved your order within the specified time, please get in touch so that we can track the delivery & give you an update
If you miss your delivery & don't get down to the post office in time to collect (3 weeks) the order will be returned to sender (Cocoa HQ) - at this point we offer to repost the order to you at an additional cost, however it's worth remembering that as these are fresh chocolates, the shelf life will obviously be considerably shortened by the time they (re)arrive.
